  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested suppliers for the supply and delivery to Iligan City of Four Thousand (4,000) sets of Dignity/Hygiene Kit for the internally displaced persons in Marawi. Each kit shall contain the following:
    • Face towel (small)
    • Toothbrush (1 piece)
    • Toothpaste (sachet)
    • Bar soap (55g (1 piece)
    • Laundry detergent powder 65g (sachet)
    • Hair shampoo 13 ml (sachet)
    • Sanitary pads (8 pieces)
    • Undergarment-Underwear (1 piece)
    • Adult diaper – (single pack)
    • Malong (Single Chinese batik)
    • Wash basin (small)
    • Wet Wipe (small)
    • Bag with HGC logo

  2. The quotation should include the corresponding fee for freight to Iligan City.

  3. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 2,000,000.00.

  4. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of July 27, 2017 together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s/Business Permit;
    • Income/Business Tax Return for 2016; and
    • Omnibus Sworn Statement.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
